If you would like to modify your order and it haven't been shipped out yet, please contact support@dyz-ny.com. Once a order have been placed it cannot be modified.

WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN THE SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?
Placing items into shopping cart doesn’t guarantee the item will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order conformation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
